Environment strategy, data loss prevention, ALM pipelines, documentation and ongoing enhancements that keep your platform secure as it grows.
If your team tracks it in a spreadsheet, chases it by email or fills it in on paper, it can become an app. These are some of the most common starting points.
Built with the evidence expectations of the Standards for RTOs 2025 in mind, and connected to your Moodle LMS where you need it.
AI is now built into Microsoft Power Platform, and it delivers the most value when it is connected to your processes and your data. Yusatech extends your apps and workflows with Copilot Studio agents and AI document processing: agents that answer staff and customer questions from your own policies, triage requests around the clock and hand over to a person when it matters, and automation that reads invoices, applications and forms so no one has to re-key them. Every agent is grounded in your data, respects your existing Microsoft 365 permissions and is governed like the rest of your platform, so you gain the productivity of AI without losing control of your information.

Common questions from businesses and RTOs exploring Power Apps and Microsoft Power Platform.
Microsoft Power Platform is Microsoft’s low-code suite for building business solutions. It brings together Power Apps for custom apps, Power Automate for workflow automation, Power Pages for secure websites and portals, Copilot Studio for AI agents and Power BI for reporting, with Dataverse as a shared data platform. Because it is part of the Microsoft cloud, your solutions work alongside Microsoft 365, Teams and SharePoint and use the same sign-in and security your business already relies on.
A focused app that replaces a single spreadsheet, form or approval process can often be live within a few weeks. Larger solutions with integrations, reporting and AI are delivered in stages, so your team benefits from the first release while we build the next. Your proposal includes a realistic timeline based on your discovery call.
Cost depends on scope: the number of screens, users, integrations and automations involved. After a free discovery call we provide a tailored proposal with clear deliverables, so you know exactly what you are paying for before work begins. Starting with a single Launch app is a low-risk way to prove the return before you expand.
Not always. Many Microsoft 365 plans include limited rights to build and run Power Apps and Power Automate with Microsoft 365 data and standard connectors such as SharePoint, Outlook, Excel and Teams. Apps that use premium, on-premises or custom connectors, or the full Dataverse platform, need a standalone licence such as Power Apps Premium or a pay-as-you-go plan. We design for the most cost-effective option and show you any licence costs upfront. As a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider, we can also supply and manage your licences.
Yes. Microsoft retired SharePoint 2013 workflows on 2 April 2026 and InfoPath Forms Services on 14 July 2026, so forms and approvals built on them no longer run in SharePoint Online. We assess what you had, recover the logic and data, and rebuild each process as a modern Power Apps and Power Automate solution, often simplifying it along the way. We also migrate Excel trackers, Access databases and SharePoint lists.
Your solutions live inside your own Microsoft 365 tenant, protected by Microsoft Entra ID sign-in, multi-factor authentication and role-based security. We provision environments in Microsoft’s Australian region, apply data loss prevention (DLP) policies and build audit trails into sensitive processes. Because we manage Microsoft 365 environments every day, security is part of the build, not an add-on.
Power Apps is ideal for internal apps, workflows and portals that need to be delivered quickly and integrate tightly with Microsoft 365. When you need a public-facing product, highly specialised logic or very large user volumes, custom development can be the better fit. Yusatech builds both, so our recommendation is based on your requirements, budget and long-term running costs, not on what is easiest to sell.
Yes. We take over apps built by previous providers or by staff in your business. We start with a health check covering performance, security, licensing and data limits, document what exists, then stabilise the app before adding new features.
Yes. Yusatech already supports Australian RTOs through our Managed LMS Services and Edunixo. On Power Platform we build enrolment and enquiry workflows, trainer competency registers, validation schedules and complaints and appeals registers, designed with the Standards for RTOs 2025 in mind and connected to your Moodle LMS where needed.
You do. Every app, flow and data model lives in your Microsoft 365 tenant and is handed over with documentation and training. After go-live you can call on us as needed, or move to our Managed Power Platform service for monitoring, updates, governance and continuous improvement.
